Blood and Oil is a biography written by Bradley Hope. The book is a critique and compilation of all of the Saudi Royal family’s triumphs and screwups ever since Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud (MbS) decided to take power. The book details the many luxuries that the Saudi royal family is known for. Also, the book goes into great detail about Jamal Khashoggi's murder and how Khashoggi's anti-regime activities resulted in his demise. The book mainly talks about MbS's rise to power and the bureaucracy that he had to overcome to become the crown prince. The biography also features MbS's efforts to make Saudi Arabia more relevant in the world politically and technologically. |
